Please check opossums pouches! If you see one that has been hit, simply look on it's stomach and you should see the opening to it's pouch. Sometimes you can see the babies rear end sticking out. If you do, then contact a local rehabilitator immediately! The first thing you need to do is keep the babies warm! This does NOT mean to put them in a blanket. They do NOT produce enough body heat at this age to keep themselves warm. The best thing to do is put them close to your body. You also do not want to overheat them because this will kill them also.
